Use this page as the public beta support guide. During testing, the main support route is the in-game feedback form after you log in.

How to report a bug

  • Log in and use the feedback form to report broken buttons, missing rewards, mobile issues, or confusing flows.
  • Include the page, what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and any visible error message.
  • If possible, include your city, role, device, and browser so the issue can be reproduced faster.

Abuse and account help

  • Use support and feedback routes to report harassment, threats, spam, exploits, or suspicious behaviour.
  • For account access problems, explain the account email, what step failed, and any message shown on screen.
  • There is no live billing support queue yet because real payments are still disabled.
